A silver tabby feline rested at the entrance of the nursery, using her body to block the colder winds from blowing into the den. She was comfortable, though, enjoying the feel of the cool breeze after being in the nursery for a few moons.
The wind soon brought a tantalizing scent, and Moonshine purred. "I smell rabbit," she murmured, opening her blue eyes and gazing around the camp.
Sunshadow was making his way over to her, the ginger tom's jaws laden with the fresh-kill. He dropped it by Moonshine's front paws, saying, "Freshly caught, just for you."
"Just for me?" Moonshine echoed with a teasing tone in her voice. "So you don't want any?"
"Well, it would be nice if you shared," Sunshadow said, rubbing the top of Moonshine's head with his muzzle. Moonshine moved into a more comfortable position as her mate settled down next to her and, together, they began to eat the rabbit.

Crouched inside the nursery, Planetarykit, who had wanted to go outside and help Spottedcoat, was stuck. There was no other way out, and Moonshine and Sunshadow were blocking her path. It seemed like all the other kits were sleeping, so that was another problem.
Sighing quietly to herself, the little silver tabby blinked boredly.
